Your privacy,
in plain words.
Privacy policy · Updated September 19, 2026
This policy covers the Everyday Joy website and our launch waitlist. The app is still being built. We’ll explain any additional data use before you start using the app or a paid subscription.
What you share with us
When you join the waitlist, we save your email address, when you signed up, and your choice about beta testing. If you volunteer to beta test, we also save your answers about owning a thermal printer, its model if you provide one, and whether you would consider buying one.
If you email us, we receive your message and the contact information you include.
What we use it for
We use your email for Everyday Joy launch news and, if you opt in, beta invitations. Your printer answers help us plan the beta and understand which setups people want to use. Joining does not sign you up for an unrelated newsletter or create a paid account.
We do not sell your waitlist information or share it with advertisers.
Your preview stays with you
The names and messages you type into the little print studio stay in your browser tab. That preview does not upload them, send them to an AI service, save them to your waitlist entry, or send anything to a printer.
How the website runs
Cloudflare hosts the website and stores waitlist entries for us. To deliver and protect the site, it processes technical information such as IP addresses, browser details, and requests. We also use your IP address to limit repeated signup attempts; it is not stored in your waitlist entry. You can read more in Cloudflare’s privacy policy.
We have not added advertising trackers or analytics cookies to this website. Fonts are served with the site. Links to printer and paper suppliers take you to independent websites with their own privacy policies.
Keeping and removing your information
We keep waitlist entries while we prepare the launch and invite beta testers, unless you ask us to remove yours. We review what is still needed when the waitlist ends. We may need to retain limited records to meet legal obligations or handle an unresolved request.
You can ask to see, correct, or delete your waitlist information, or stop receiving launch and beta messages, by emailing hello@everydayjoy.app. Please write from the address you signed up with so we can verify the request.
A note for families
The prints are for all kinds of little moments, but the waitlist and beta signup are for adults. Please use your own email address and do not submit a child’s personal information.
